This includes an initial consultation of 60-90 minutes and a 30-45 minute follow up approximately eight weeks later.

From there, I create a personalised homeopathic plan with clear guidance on dosing and what to expect as your skin begins to shift. Follow up support is included so your protocol can be adjusted as needed.
