Refund Policy
All sessions must be paid for in advance to secure your appointment time. Refunds are not offered for any service. If you choose not to move forward with a follow-up appointment after a comprehensive initial consultation, the unused portion of the program is not refundable.
If you need to adjust your appointment, rescheduling is available within the guidelines of the cancellation policy. Refunds are not available for missed sessions, late cancellations, or changes of mind.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
I deeply respect your time and mine. When an appointment is booked, I reserve that time specifically for you, and it becomes unavailable to others who may be waiting for care.
If you need to reschedule more than 48 hours before your appointment, you may do so at no cost.
If you need to reschedule between 48 and 24 hours before your appointment, a rescheduling fee of 50 dollars applies.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not attend the session, the appointment fee is non-refundable. A reschedule may be offered if availability allows, with the 50 dollar rescheduling fee applied.
